I am selling my home. I am about 3 hours away from here. I had the most rudest realtor I have ever seen in my life. I would not do a virtual tour for me. Would not do pictures?Nothing do not go here if you are far away because they do not want to help you in no way.Whatsoever

Not professional at all. The listing agent ms Davis canceled our showing after giving us a time for 4:15 today after we made a very good offer and the buyer that got the property only got it for $1000 above our escalation offer " shopped our offer to them" There will be multiple complaints filed tomorrow for ethics violations against her and her broker. Neither one of them deserve their real estate licenses. I wouldn't recommend coldwell banker prestige realty to my worst enemy. They truly deserve -50 stars. Good luck if you use them.

Very poor. Took advantage of the fact we were buying from out of state. Realtor wasn’t present during inspection. A lot of issues could have been addressed in regards to the inspection process also the inspector didn’t do his do diligence. If we would have known we would have not purchased the house. Now that the realtor got their commission they’re done. Leaving us with less then a habitable house. Very poor service recovery.
