Rockie from Rowe Legacy was responsive to us signing a lease with their property but failed to due their diligence knowing we were moving across state lines. Moving us into a unit that was inhabitable due to German Roaches and having no hot water or access to the property during the 3 days we spend there at Eagles Nest Apartments, 2600 Vail Ave SE #226. Upon day one we were exposed to infestation. Although he sent an exterminator out from Pest Assassins name Dom the next day the exterminator stated that Rockie him said “they don’t know why they didn’t call them prior to us moving in.” My entire belongings were contaminated, the exterminator said “it was too late to remove my items.” That pre treating would be easier than treating the unit fully moved in.
