RowCal

Have had horrible experience with RowCal going on my third year with this management company! They have constantly harassed me with demand letters and with their system saying I owe them payments which is untrue! I have proved over and over again with my bank backing me up with copies and dates of my payments. I have a very high credit score due to always paying my bills on time! I would never recommend this company have been treated so poorly over and over again! I hand deliver my condo fees to the Nashua office after almost a year of sending Certified Mail yet still harassed.

I have had a very good experience working with Ashley (our property manager from RowCal) while serving on my condo board. She is extremely personable and attentive. If I had an emergency - which we have had several - I was always able to get a hold of her. She gives sound advice and has handled difficult situations and angry association members with grace. RowCal has been a very good value for the services supplied. RowCal has been handling a massive claim that happened in our association and the RowCal team saved the board countless hours we didn't have. Thanks for all that you do!

The worst! If your concerns are sent to the property manager, you NEVER receive a response. The Care Team is OK with automated responses, but useless as far as getting issues resolved. No regard for senior citizens in the community. Don't go with this company!!

Robert Libin at RowCal is one of the best property managers our association has had. He always anticipates our needs and is always going the extra mile to help us. Being a board member takes time and with all of us working full time and new to this arena Bob has been instrumental in what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and help us stay within the budget he help us do. He really has been so helpful to us.

Bob at Rowcal is super knowledgeable and always does a great job providing explanations and answering questions at our association meetings. Additionally, when I have had issues with my unit (yellow jacket nests, etc.), he has helped to promptly get the problems addressed. Thank you!
