Rouzan

Very nice and friendly family oriented neighborhood. No Orleans with class and style.

We went to a private party which was catered through Don Bergeron's catering service at the Rouzan clubhouse. It was a lively setting. The amenities are truly lovely. Two different areas for sitting and eating connected by a covered patio. Beautiful swimming pool which rooms look out on. Yet, it is a private space available only to those living in Rouzan.

Rouzan is a fabulous community nestled in one of the most convenient locations in Baton Rouge. While most homes in the area are in the same price range they usually need to be updated so Rouzan offers excellent location along with quality new construction. There are so many other amenities that really lend itself to an active family. I am truly excited to be part of this community.

Great community for those who enjoy life more than keeping up a yard. Nice homes, Southern charm and a garden is soon to come.
