The tour and application process was really easy. Vicente did a great job of explaining the different amenities and was very timely when it came to responding to some of my follow up questions after the fact. The cost breakdown was made very clear and there is a lot of flexibility when it comes to setting a move in date. I would 100% recommend looking into renting here, especially if the management team has great individuals like Vicente to help make the process super smooth.

Roundhouse is a great place to live. I have lived here for roughly two years and all issues I’ve ever come across have been quickly addressed. I’ve lived in apartments where noise through walls was an issue, it has never been a problem here. The fact that there is no air conditioning has not been a huge issue since SLO has such nice weather the majority of the year. The fiber internet that comes with the place here has the best consistency and lowest latency I’ve had, and costs substantially less than any other major internet companies that I have had service with before. The ceilings are very tall. The garages for rent are very nice and more than worth it in my opinion. I just moved into Roundhouse and I am thankful that the entire process was made incredibly easy and accommodating by the exceptional efforts of the maintenance manager Alberto and property manager Julie. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition into my new home. They promptly resolved minor repairs and made sure everything was in perfect working condition. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service truly impressed me. They were extremely responsive, promptly answering all of my questions and concerns throughout the process.

Roundhouse is a great place to live. I have been there for over 10 years. The management is responsive with fixing appliances and issues that arise.
