Do not hire them. For years I rented out my property with no issues. I hired Susan, she deposited checks late. Lied about doing a walkthrough after my neighbors made complaints. I know she lied because few months after the lease was up (I had already fired her) my house was completely damaged. Rat feces throughout the house, even on counter top, visible to the eye, in the stove and dishwasher so I had to replace it. Bathtub looked like shriek was taking a bath in it. He was clearly a violent man with holes in the wall and broken lights, shower heads, etc. Water leaks through the house causing substantial damage. I have asked for their background check and ID numerous times, she know is ignoring me. I have had to call the police twice on them For trying to break in and going to my property

I cannot recommend my real estate agent enough! she always made sure I found the perfect place always available for help such a kind and humble personality best broker , best manager,"i believe she deserves the highest customer ratings.10/10

HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! The lady that runs this place is a horrible human being! She should be fired because she is a horrible property manager and a horrible human!!!!!!! They really need to rethink having her do business for this company or is it even a business since the business address is a house and an empty building? STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!!!
