Very bad experience! My wife drove from out of state to look at a house that was already under contract. Rossmoor Sales, who scheduled the appointment directly with her, did not inform her that the house was under contract until she arrived to see it and did not apologize, either. Instead, the agent had the audacity to want to represent her in a purchase of another property. Clueless!
