dont do it. you think its worth it because it's cheap, but it's not. i talked to jamesburg police, and even they told me they have complaints about this place. i could've easily sued these guys numerous times. they entered my unit without permission, which is illegal in nj. they left me without heat in the winter for weeks, which is illegal everywhere. i had to contact the town, code enforcement, the housing dept etc etc etc. the buildings are infested with bugs. i had cockroaches, termites, DRAIN FLIES, and thousands of ants (they swarmed my cats food bowl and then she wouldnt eat). management never dealt with literally a single one of these issues, despite my 20+ emails. i had to terminate my lease early. seriously dont do it lol.

New management is good.
