Rosewood Homes

Rosewood was supposed to fix several issues on our home before our 11 month warranty walk through came up. All were taken care of-Except for one issue that was written down for them to fix but nobody from their office came to fix it and not one person has even followed up whatsoever. I recently contacted them to resolve this and was answered by their warranty department with “not our problem” -completely unprofessional email responses and absolutely no accountability from them for something they said they would fix before my warranty period.

We have been in our Rosewood home for five years and we are as thrilled with our home today as we were the day we moved in. The Rosewood home design and the quality of their work are outstanding. Rosewood pays extreme attention to all the details. We are amazed at the low heating and cooling cost which is the result of the energy efficiency Rosewood built into our home. In addition, though the entire build process, the Rosewood staff was laser focused on our satisfaction. Their communication and customer care is outstanding.

One of the best decisions we’ve ever made is buying our new Rosewood Home. We have built five homes, in our many blissful years of marriage. Rosewood cares. They build the finest homes. They use quality products, quality vendors and have the best employees. Our questions were answered promptly and completely. They offered us weekly updates, along with pictures; since we were out of town through most of the build. Phone calls were answered promptly too. Our home turned out better than we expected. Nothing was overlooked. We readily made new friends and neighbors; thanks to our salesperson, Shannon, the supervisor, Dana and David, the owner. Thanks, Rosewood!
