Roseville House Apartments

Location is great. Move in process was very easy. All maintenence requests are handled timely. The noise with the heaters that everyone is talking about is a legitimate issue. With that being said, making a phone call to maintenance gets it fixed very quickly. Security drives around multiple times throughout the night. Snow removal from the roads and sidewalks is fantastic. The management and maintenance team is very friendly and helpful if you need them.

I have lived in my townhouse over 10 yrs. I love the area, I have great neighbors & maintenence has never disappointed me. The office staff are professional & caring. We are under new management and I hope they continue to provide a safe and affordable community to reside in.

Our experience with Roseville was great when we moved in 20 some years ago but as times changed and owners changed then things changed. One thing that stayed the same was the office girls they have been the sun on a rainy day. Always pleasant. Our newest owners I’m giving more cons than pros right now. Our increase in rent is devastating to us especially with the economy right now we felt safe at Roseville but now we are unsure of our future. We are middle class people and we take care of our property so it’s sad that we will most likely be leaving the community that we grew with and loved in the next year. Best of luck with your new luxury apartments that are coming to those who can afford them.

The 2 bedroom apartments are great, as are the townhouses, very comfortable, the staff has been very friendly, the neighbors as well, there is also security. I don't know why there are bad comments about maintenance, and the noise, we live surrounded by people not mute and disabled people, it's normal! Those who criticize have not really lived in places where they make a lot of noise! ​​It's great here! Since I decided to come live here it's very quiet and safe. I recommend it 💯

I live in Roseville apartments which I rented a townhouse and lived almost 5 years and those years when I first moved in they told me to change the carpet every 2 years, told me 3 years and I went and asked again 5 years and so still waiting. The rest they are good.
