Rosetree Crossing Apartments

We really liked rose tree, crossing Apartments, they have a beautiful pool area a fitness center. They offer one and two bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments actually have one bathroom and a powder room. They are reasonably priced under $1800 for two bedrooms, which we thought was a decent price. Allyson, the rental agent , is so awesome . She was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating . She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and treated us with kindness. Rosetree crossing is located in an awesome school district, has lots of little shops in the area that are very accessible , is located a few blocks from Rose tree Park and only a few minutes from 476. The grounds are kept immaculate, with a beautiful wooded landscape. We can’t wait to go back and see Moore. just

My fiancée and I recently moved into the community over at Rosetree Crossing and it’s been a great transition. The team at Rosetree Crossing is super helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible! Neighbors are friendly and respectful. I can safely say I am excited for the year ahead living there.

I am very happy with the staff and what they do for the tenants of my building, the building of my sister's family and my friend who lives in another building. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. If something goes wrong and the staff are proactively aware, they let us know. Usually we are notified in advance of changes that might impact. The maintenance folks are great. They are always available to help and usually address any issue I've had within days of submitting it. They are very transparent as to not having a part or fixture and circle back. All of my experiences with them and the office staff have been great. This is my first time living in an apt complex since I was in college (1997-1999), but I am very happy with the experience I've had with the Westover staff member

I have been here for 7 yrs. The office workers are very nice . If you have a problem , maintenance usually has it fixed w/ in a day. Good communication. Parking is well lit & plentiful . I am disabled so having everything close to buildings is super. The apts are clean , some out dated appliances. If something breaks they usually replace it with/ a new updated one. Pool is open as planned . Is it a little higher priced than other places , maybe but not by much . The workers ( maintenance ) are polite & knowledgeable. Like I said the office staff is super. Wanda , Dennis & Allison are always there to talk if you have an issue . I hope to stay here for awhile .

Rose tree apartments is a great place to live,The office staff are always there for you, and maintainence are there either the same day or the next, location is great for traveling to Philly , and your 5 minutes away from downtown media
