Our experience with these townhomes has been fantastic! They are super responsive with any maintenance requests and genuinely care about the property. Walls are also sound proof so no noise can be heard from all sides, which I absolutely enjoyed. Highly recommend!

We have really enjoyed living at these apartments! They are spacious, clean, and feel more like a home than an apartment. Maintenance is always completed quickly whenever we needed something fixed and the handyman Ron is always great to work with. The complex itself is well maintained and is a quiet and safe place to live. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quality apartment.

Rosencrans Apartments is a wonderful place to live. It doesn't feel like an apartment. It feels homey and got personality. The place is roomy with open floor plan concept. Very quiet place. We never had any issue about anything. It is also a very safe place to be. The owners/landlords, Leslie and Ira are wonderful people. Even Ron that does maintenance around the place is so nice and always helpful. When you needed something, they respond promptly and address any concern. The place is well maintained. The owners care a lot about their place. Thank you for the wonderful living experience throughout the years.

Leslie is an honest individual in her business dealings as well as her entire life. I feel that honesty is most important. Integrity is very important and Leslie has the utmost integrity. The apartments are impeccable and she expects that her clients care for the space as much as she does. The maintenance guy Ron is always right there to assist. Super great guy.

My family and I are approaching our 5th year of living here. We cannot say enough good things about what a great place this is to call home. Leslie and Ira are wonderful people and exceptional landlords. Visitors are always impressed at how “at home” our place feels. The property is quiet and well cared for. There can be a lot of anxiety in the landlord/tenant relationship for renters and property owners, and in this regard Leslie and Ira are a breath of fresh air. Rosencrans feels like our own small community within the community with welcoming neighbors and great opportunities to make friends as families come and go.
