Rosemont Vinings Ridge

I really enjoyed living here for the past year. The trail is so close and great to run and walk on with lots of wildlife. There were some bugs but nothing too disturbing during my stay. My fiancé lives in a complex nearby and has had significantly more issues with loud neighbors and bugs. I am glad I chose to live here. Also fun to fish the chattahoochee during the summer.

You’ll love living here! I moved in about four months ago and the experience has been the best of any apartment I’ve lived in. Kevin has always been a huge help and is quick to respond to any concern. I feel like I get so much for what I pay. We’re right off the Chattahoochie River with an abundance of trails so you won’t have to even get in the car to hike or bike! The amount of trees and nature surrounding us here is like a little paradise in the middle of the fast paced city life. Being right off the highway is super convenient and there are so many restaurants around to enjoy as well as only being fifteen minutes from downtown. The maintainance crew is also amazing. They handle requests super fast! Had a clogged toilet and they came to fix it within 2 hours which was quicker than I had

Update: Decided to drop this place to a 1 star because the dog park was supposed to be renovated by Spring of 2025 and it has not been done. I decided against my better judgement to renew the lease and got a nice surprise add on. Purchasing rental insurance used to be optional but now forced to pay $13 per month for liability insurance A direct quote from the lease is as follows: "Resident hereby a The Damage Waiver Liability Fee is being assessed to help management pay for the costs associated with insuring the property against property damage. This insurance provides the Landlord with protection for damage to the Landlord's property and is NOT personal liability insurance or renters insurance. This coverage does NOT cover Resident's personal property (contents), additional living expense

I have been a resident of Rosemont Vinings for several years now and would like to echo the other positive reviews about the staff and community. Shout out to Kevin from leasing, and DeMarco and Marcus from maintenance who are quick to resolve the few minor issues we have had while staying here. Their professionalism makes it clear they take pride in their work. Since living here, the quality of our life has improved. Rosemont is conveniently located close by to the highway making for a fast commute to work and adjacent to many fun activities such as Chattahoochee River trails, AMC theater across street, Cumberland Mall, and the Battery. I really enjoyed living here. The maintenance team is excellent—they always responded quickly and resolved any issues right away. If I ever move back to Atlanta, this property will be my first choice. I appreciated the greenspace and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I tend to overlook minor issues in the common areas since they didn’t affect me much. In my experience, if you treat the staff with kindness and respect, they’ll absolutely return the favor.
