Rosemont Hill by Century Communities

Loving our new second home! It was the first house we saw and knew we had to have it. The process was surprisingly quick and smooth—we moved in less than a month. Zaid made all the difference; his constant communication and support were top-tier. Highly recommend!

We recently visited Rosemond Hills by Century Communities, and we couldn't be happier with what we found. This small, gated community is absolutely in a fantastic location; super convenient to schools, shopping centers, and all the groceries you’d need, like Target and H-E-B. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you’re never far from what you need. The homes themselves are beautiful and built with great quality. It's a cozy neighborhood of fewer than 90 homes, which gives it a real sense of community and a peaceful, friendly vibe. The fact that it's gated adds a nice layer of security, and the small park, playground, and dog park are perfect touches for families and pet owners. We also want to give a special shout-out to Zaid, who made the entire process so smooth for us. He
