Rosemont At Highland Park

They have tons of roaches and don’t do anything to help get them out you can be the cleanest person and they will be on your beds inside my clothes in my dressers. I moved out this year and still have not gotten my deposit so there a red flag for yall there’s also shootings every day not safe for kids keep your daughters safe as well I used to get followed home a lot as well.

I live in the 3rd floor and the ceiling in my bed room has been leaking since NOVEMBER of when I moved into the unit. I’ve made calls, maintenance is aware of issue but yet nothing gets fixed! My bed and bed frame have been damaged! I can’t even sleep comfortably in my own room because every time it rains I have to move my bed to the living room. a huge inconvenience!

This was the first apartment I have lived in . It was the place I ever lived people. Are soothing at one another they breaking into the mailboxes. Put the had a camara on the dumpster but not the mailboxes. They were breaking into your cars screaming and yelling at other all night long .I went to pay my rent another tenant thought I was trying move in said run don’t rent here it awful . I no longer live there would not recommend it to anyone it’s awful . I actually feel sorry for anyone living . They do not maintain it my apartment was walls and ceiling were coming lose the tape and caulking were coming apart. Housing failed my apartment because they wouldn’t fix it .I had two weeks to find a new place to live and move out. I gave notice and housing gave notice but they changed me with not

A rat lady who worked in the office didn't even let a lady pay their rent and even had the open sign on when the rat lady yelled at the maintenance guy to shut the door. She needs to be fired. She sees a people waiting at the door but she just sits there being to lazy to even let people in. They don't want anyone to live there. This happen around 3:43 pm please check the lady who is working at this time. Get a better and nicer lady,not a rat lady.
