Rosemont Apartments

Our new community director, Ms. Trevizo, along with her office and maintenance staff helped me to get a replacement refrigerator immediately when my refrigerator stopped working. I was able to save all of the food in my refrigerator and freezer. It has only been half of a month since the management change, and I can already see improvement with the Cresta Residential staff at Rosemont. In my 10 years here at Rosemont, I must acknowledge that communication is now a priority. Rosemont is a clean, safe and affordable place to live in South Oklahoma City.

These apartments are absolutely terrible. The inside is filthy, the grounds are disgusting, and the hallways are just as bad. To make matters worse, I’ve seen human feces inside the washing machines that looks like it’s been sitting there for months. The place is infested with roaches, and even though they send people to spray, they’re in and out in less than 10 seconds, barely doing anything. The roaches are still everywhere. On top of that, security is a joke. They don’t seem to have any real training, they don’t wear proper uniforms, and they walk around in the same clothes all week. This place desperately needs better management, proper cleaning, real pest control, and actual security. I will come back every now and then see if my review was deleted 🙄

I have been a resident at Rosemont apartments for the past 12 years and have been through many property managers until we got new property managers Victoria and Amy I have felt so comfortable and inviting with Victoria and Amy when I came in to address some issues Amy met me with eye contact and a smile consideration about all my needs in my apartment I appreciate Victoria and Amy very much for the consideration and promptness attending to my issues and maintenance technicians had great respect before entering my apartment and attended to the problem thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves

I have a few close friends that stay here and they have told me that the maintenence has been great and the New management have been great when it comes to communicating. It's a plus that the laundry room stays clean!!

Just noticed all the old reviews are deleted, so I'll refresh their memory. The manager was super rude when I lived here, would take forever to have maintenance come fix something, and the worst part about this place was how she kept trying to evict us during COVID, when it wasn't even legal to do so 😂 had to switch jobs and all she had to do was wait 2 weeks and just couldn't. So I informed her ahead of time when I was moving out, and on the day I was moving she had maintenance come and change my locks when I left the apt for about an hour to get a trailer and stuff to move. Wants me to move out because can't work with me, but then locks me out the second I leave, the day I'm trying to move out, with all my possessions AND MY PETS WERE STILL IN THERE. Super illegal btw.
