Rose Hill Apartments

DO NOT make the mistake of believing your apartment will look like the one you tour, unless you are getting the exact apartment number you looked at. I’m HIGHLY disappointed. I fell in love when I did my tour and was told that all of the updated apartments look the same. Signed my lease a month ago, which officially starts today. I walked in the apartment & it looked completely different. None of the counters are what I was showed. Even the counters in the bathroom aren’t the white marble that I fell in love with. Now, I’m being forced to pay over $1300 for something I do not want & my lease starts today. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing. I have only been a resident here for a few months but I have enjoyed every moment of it. My apartment is great, my neighbors are amazing. It’s very quiet and low key. The amenities are very nice and the entire staff are always very kind. James is always a pleasure to talk to!

Today I visited the Rose Hill Apartments and was warmly welcomed by Remi. She was super friendly, professional, and very attentive to my questions. The property is beautifully maintained and perfectly located. Highly recommend this community and its amazing staff!

I lived at Rose Hill for Five months. I bought a house so I had to break the lease. I gave them my 60 day notice of my intention to move out. I moved out on December 31st. I paid my January rent in January on time as always. In February I paid my February rent on time as always. When I went to the office to pay my early move out fee on February 27th I discovered that Management filed an EVICTION citation. I had a court date on that same morning. At NO point did management call me to let me know that they had filed an EVICTION notice. I had to go to the courthouse to clear things up. When I got there the clerk looked up my case and let me know that it was dismissed. Reason being “mistake-rent paid in full”.Because of their mistake I had to go to court to make sure everything was ok. At NO

This review is based on our move in. James was very helpful in getting us moved in quickly since we needed a place within a few days! Update #2: Still no major issues and renewed our lease. However, I don't know what happened as the hallways and stairways are always very dirty and smelly. Was not the case a year ago. Update: We have lived her about a year and its still great! They have addressed some complaints we had such as the dirty hallways and repainting. The property manager Allison is very nice and helpful too! Our dogs are also very happy living in this area. Overall, we have had little to no issues living here - its refreshing to have an apartment that feels like home.
