Rose Hill Apartments

Moving into Rose Hill Apartments has been an amazing experience. From the very beginning, Esmeralda has been absolutely wonderful. She guided me through the entire process with so much professionalism, she is incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly grateful for how attentive she has been during my transition. On the days Esmeralda wasn’t available, Charnee, Vanessa, and Charmaine were also extremely kind and welcoming. You can tell they have a strong, cohesive team that really cares about providing great customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been exceptional. I wanted to give a shout out and thank Charmaine as well as Charnee for helping facilitate a smooth application to move in process. Today I moved into my new apartment and I am really looking forward to settling into my new neighborhood. Charmaine was very professional and was willing to answer any questions I had.
