Rose Cove Apartment Homes

Lived in Rose Gardens for years. Everything is spotless especially the outside and hallways. Rooms are very nice and the pool is a huge bonus. Definitely worth the money you can’t find better apartments for the price! Karen the manager is so easy going and good at her job! I wish I still lived here!

Five stars for the maintenance and front office team! The grounds are always kept clean and you can’t beat the location. So close to the freeway and so many shops near by but it’s still very quiet and everyone who lives here is so nice.

I have lived at Rose Cove for 6 years. The management staff and maintenance people have really stepped up their game! The pool was up and running this year, and I am hopeful for this 2026 summer season to have it open the whole time! I had a maintenance issue and the fixed it in a timely manner. I really appreciate their efforts to make this apartment complex a better place to live.

I do like it here, I feel safe. I have some very good friends and so lucky to have them, they are really good people. I like "some" of the resident activities. Maintenance has ben good. I like what the manager does for residents that like to get to gether in the common area.

Greg has always been an incredible and friendly maintenance guy and is always fast to respond to any issue with my apartment that comes up. Reported a broken toilet lid, and in the same day he responded quickly to it when he received noticed and showed up and replaced the lid and fixed the leaking issue with it. Thank you Greg for all that you do for us that live here 😊. Your greatly appreciated 🙏.
