They are outright ignoring me after stealing my security deposit. I’ve tried resolving this professionally for over a month—emails, texts, phone calls. They either brush me off or don’t respond at all. I’m now preparing to take them to court over it. If you move into a first-floor unit, be warned: the sound insulation is awful. You’ll hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor makes.

After almost half a year renting here, I can say I am very happy that we chose this property out of many listings we had in mind. It is definitely a very serene and peaceful place. I work from home and I'm also a student, so the fact that there is no noise whatsoever (besides the birds in the mornings which I love) is a huge plus! Neighbors are very respectful of one another and very quiet. The property itself is very clean and landscaping is kept up weekly, especially with all the surrounding city the greenery here is lovely to be around. As far as a previous renter stated below about infestations, I have not seen any roaches in our apartment at all. Deposit Refund Issue and Apartment Condition: Upon check-in, we were informed that a $1,000 deposit would be held, with the promise of a full refund if the apartment was left in good condition and no damages occurred. During our move-out, we took great care to thoroughly clean the apartment ourselves, as we believed no cleaning company could do a better job. If the laundry supposed to be open at 0930am, it must be open for renters. Been waiting outside close to 45minutes now (TIME WASTED!!!! I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED) for someone to come open it. Messaged and called management but received no response until now. Still waiting....

Very accommodating, they work with you to handle problems and if the problems has already done its damage they credit you for the inconvenience. Lisa the property manager has been attentive sense my move in and after a couple weeks my stay here has been great.
