10/10 do not reccomend this company to anyone. They dont care about their residents, their employees, or their properties. Waaaaaay over priced and highly out dated. Was a resident at colonial gardens for 3 years. Never really had consistent management there so it was frustrating to get any work done. Notified two of the managers of several different problems with the apartment including a cheaply applied plate of wood in the corner of the kitchen cabinets that moved just enough to allow mice to eat anything we had in those cabinets. All concerns were met with apathy and lack of interest. Riverbend is very well taken care of ! Staff truly has standards they live up to. Maintenance is fantastic 👌 Response to requests are never stressful. No repair is a patch job. I have high standards and have yet to be disappointed.

Don't pay them to live in one of their over priced out dated apartments. They refuse to replace the aged HVAC equipment at most properties. They refuse to hire reputable contractors for repairs and try to force their maintenance technicians to put their residents in extremely dangerous conditions by making repairs they aren't certified to do.

I think this is the worst management company I’ve ever saw. There’s no way that you can reach out to corporate multiple times to voicemail. You leave voicemail. They never return the voicemails. Don’t even open when they’re open. They’re leaving at 4:30. They supposed to get off at 4:30 in the office states that they close at five they don’t have maintenance every day Monday through Friday. Apparently the maintenance man don’t work on Fridays and after 25 days of my door being broke is still not fixed. How do you let a tenant go 25 days with a door that’s unlocked and opens by the wind I live on a first floor apartment and I just find out that I’m responsible for paying for the door I have litterly talked about this door multiple times and almost a month later I’m responsible. These people are the worst. They do not know how to communicate with tenants or even future tenants. I was scheduled to move in August 19 (today) but lo and behold, they switched property managers and did not notify me. The new property manager didn’t even have record of me coming. The new owners also raises the rent on the unit i was supposed to move in to. I explained to them i no longer wanted to move into the unit due to the attitudes of everyone i was speaking with (and really their general nonchalance to my whole experience) and the increase of the rent. They then told me about some made up rule that is not anywhere to be found on their site ( and if it is, they have it hidden which is very misleading and not full disclosure) about only being able to return a security deposit before
