Rongitsch Construction is an excellent contracting company to work with. Their team is organized, professional, and detail-oriented from start to finish. As subcontractors, we appreciated how smooth the coordination was on the project and how clearly everything was communicated. Their attention to detail in the finishing stages is truly top-tier. It was a great experience working together.

Rongitsch Construction has completed three projects for us, main bathroom, laundry room and kitchen, all have gone great. They have great communication and the software they use makes it easy to keep track of changes you make to a project as well as changes in cost. Workers and subs are very professional. The quality of the work is excellent. We highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about Mike! He came in and saved the day for our restaurant (The Better Half) in downtown Lakeville. We had had been getting quotes of downtime for up to a week. He came in and helped us get it fixed in under a day. Large plumbing issue about six feet down to the city sewer. Floor had to be cut, dirt had to be removed, plumbing had to be repaired, hole had to be filled, and concrete had to be replaced. They are legit!

Rongitsch Construction was an absolute joy to work with. The communication from Mike was incredible. Mike and his son Tommy did an amazing job on our Florida condo, they even helped correct work from another contractor. We are so grateful for the work they did in finishing our project and helping make our dreams come true, we can't thank you enough.

We had wood siding that was rotted and cracking. Nate and Matt did a good job with looking at what was needed. The 2 associates that did most of the work were very courteous and respectful of our property. Will look at using them for other projects
