Trademark Title

What can I say about Trademark Title?? How about that they do literally everything, perfect! I have been using Trademark Title and my Closer, Melony Steber, for nearly 15 years now. The firs time I ever worked with them, I told them I'll stop using them as soon as they give me a reason to. That was nearly 15 years ago, and I'm still waiting for a reason to switch. They do everything right, from start to finish. The closing is the final step in any real estate transaction, so it's really important it goes well and with no mistakes. When working with Trademark, I never have to worry about anything. Once I've turned my paperwork into their office, I literally never have to check up again. I get regular updates about the progress of the closing and am never in the dark. No problems,

Consider using a different title company. Attention to detail is an important feature when closing on properties and when simple scheduling times can not be accounted for it raises some concerns on the accuracy of paperwork. Trademark Title is a large company, volume appears to be their specialty not so great with customer service. Since 2014 I have attended 8 closings, my recent Trademark Title experience ranks at the very bottom.

Trademark Title was great. They were helpful, and worked hard to schedule the Closing for our Refinance to where it fit in our schedule. They cared very much about accommodating us and our family's schedule. Melony Steber was great! Closing went well, and was smooth. Thanks so much.

Scott spent a lot of time driving all over south eastern Minnesota showing us several properties before we found the right one. He has excellent construction knowledge which was so valuable to us.

I have been proudly using Trademark Title since 2013 and have always been impressed. The process is smooth for my clients along with Trademark communicates very well with my clients. I wouldn't use anyone else to handle the largest financial investment in most people's lives. Trademark Title has earned my business while continuing to enhance their value.
