Absolutely love them When we applied we had JUST moved to valdosta. Just started new jobs and needed a place to understand we didnt have 3 months worth of paystubs. They worked with us, we put in our application and forms for BG checks. Everything came back and the next day we put the deposit down on the apartment. We've been here since july, any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and professionally. The office ladies are always kind and welcoming. Honestly, compared to the other places we tried before finding them, theyre the only people who understand life and take a human approach vs treating everyone like a number

Horrible people! Took my money for a background and credkt check and never did either!! And denied us.. i want my 60 bucks back!! Fraud company!!! Manager is rude!! Very rude.

This is place is scam! My boyfriend and I submitted application for a property and submitted all the required paperwork and the $50 application fee. I called the office three times over a 2 week period, and was told each time that our applications were sitting on the rental agents desk waiting to be reviewed. When I first applied they said the wait would only be 72 hrs. The people in the office were rude and spoke down to me. I never heard back or received a refund. If I could rate lower I would!
