I am currently renting from the company and they are very reasonable with their homes. This is my second time renting From Dan the owner and he's a great down to earth guy. He works with you the best way he can. Great company to rent or buy your home from.

We scheduled to look at a property, shortly after we arrived another couple showed up to look at it and had set an appointment at the exact same time. We waited until our appointment time, no one showed up so we left. Super shady.

Dan was my landlord years ago. Very respectful. Very understanding. Just a all around good person.
