Rollins Apartments

Whoever is now in charge of Rollins Apartments in Mount Holly needs to be fired. I am writing to urgently request intervention regarding the living conditions of my elderly mother-in-law, a long-term resident of Rollins Apartments in Mount Holly, NC. Over a month ago, her water heater burst, flooding her apartment and soaking the carpet. Despite the water heater being repaired, the carpet—saturated and visibly moldy—was only removed yesterday. This delay has created a serious health hazard, especially for someone of her age and with preexisting health conditions. To make matters worse, her air conditioning unit has been leaking freon and is not functioning properly. With outdoor temperatures consistently in the high 90s, the lack of cooling combined with the previous mold exposure poses
