The final inspection was scheduled for a 2-hour slot, but I was gone for just 30 minutes to grab a bite, and when I returned, he was already done and gone. He didn’t take any time to explain findings or answer questions, and the inspection focused mostly on visible issues rather than comprehensive checks of HVAC, plumbing, or other major systems.
