Rolling Woods Estates

Ive lived here since shortly after the building was complete (maybe 6 years). No rent increases until 2 of them about the time of covid. I love it here. Always was a home owner but living here is just as good, better actually. Trees and fields out my door, never hear noise (except the 3 garage doors under my apartment). Never had an issue with management, plowing done when needed, mowing done frequently. Will stay here forever, God willing!!! Great place to live

Fairly new only about 6 yrs old. The condo's are nice and heat is part of the rent. Very well Insulated and appliances are furnished. Grounds are taken care of and snow removal is also. They did raise the rent twice since we have been here which is only a year and 8 months. But....everything is going up.

Nice size apartments...maintenance and manager service prompt and courteous. Snow removal has less than professional equipment. Drives cleared after cars pack down. Plows do not spread salt After nine am on over night snow fall.. Hoping for better snow removal. I love shoveling my apartment and 3 foot around from our doors as required...

Don't stay here unless you love wind chimes! I find them offensively annoying. Management doesn't carry clause against it, forcing residents to lose their "right to quiet enjoyment" ... will update if I hear a new policy is put in place

Very nice apartments. Big, laundry in unit. Nice big walk in shower in the master bedroom. Nice tub im the main bathroom. Very spacious rooms. I do not know the cost of the apartments as i was just visiting. Nice patio area also
