They are awesome! They been taking care my issues with the apartment. Keep up the good work 💪🏻 Thank you! I have to updated my review because of the parking issues, I still can’t find parking because it’s so many unknown cars parked and since we don’t have assigned parking it’s a hit and miss everyday sometimes I have to park in the street.

Living here was amazing. The apartments are updated and clean, I lived downstairs and never had any problems. The property manager Kelly is the best she was very attentive to any questions or maintenance issue that came up. I defiantly recommend living here!

Enjoyed living at Portage Commons for over two years. Maintenance is prompt and staff that work for Premier are kind and helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.

I was scheduled to have a viewing and the lady Tara was very unprofessional. I came from Madison which is 30 min away. My meeting was at 5pm and she waited all the way until after 5 to let me know she was going to be a hour late.

I loved living in these apartments. They are pricey, but definitely worth the price. I'd definitely move back...
