Rolling Terrace Apartments

I had a scheduled tour at 1:30 p.m. and arrived at the property on time. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone or responded to my email upon arrival. There was also no staff present to receive me. Reaching someone beforehand had already been difficult—this company lists three different phone numbers, and after one representative called me back, the call was disconnected. When I attempted to return the call, I never received an answer. Overall, communication has been extremely poor. It leaves the impression that prospective residents can’t get through to anyone when they need assistance, though I imagine once you’re a tenant, they’ll have no problem reaching out about rent.

I love living at Rolling Terrace. I’ve lived here for five years and cleanliness is the most important thing to me in a place where I live, and I can count on that from my apt building. For example, in a city overrun by mice, I’ve never seen one in my apartment, the halls or anywhere. The staff, leasing team and building manager are delightful and neighbors are friendly.

I moved to the DC area a year ago and couldn't have asked for a better first apartment! The building is clean and up-to-date and very secure. I was in a studio unit which was very clean and the layout was an efficient use of the space. The neighborhood is residential, lots of families. A short walk from a couple different bus stops. Lucy was a joy to have as a property manager and always responded to my messages promptly. The maintenance and cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful.

Thank you Rolling Terrace (Borger Management) for serving to us. Rolling Terrace is best for: 1. Location, School, Market and bus station nearby. 2. Rolling Terrace is well-kept property, clean and modernized. 3. Manager is also very professional, positive, proactive and communiccative, she help me in every request and in record time to approve my application when I was in Vegas and since I relocated from Las Vegas to DC. 4. Maintenace Mr. Alex, is best of the best, very responsive-hard working. 5. There are a lot of park nearby and playgroounds for kids and forest. I strongly recomend Rolling Terrace as one of the best proptery to rent and live in DC with my above 5 reason converted into 5 star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
