Rolling Oaks Apartment Homes

We were looking at several different apartments, but from the moment we met Yessenia Hodges at Rolling Oaks, this place just felt right. She made us feel very welcomed and at ease, answered all of our questions, and was extremely communicative throughout the entire application process. She made the whole process feel seamless, and her care and attention really stood out. We’ve now been living here for about a month, and anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, it’s been so nice to stop by the office, see a friendly face, and get help right away. She has continued to assist us with everything we’ve needed since moving in. We’re very thankful and appreciative — Yessenia was definitely a deciding factor in us choosing this complex.

The Rolling Oaks apartments is a very quiet place to live. It is also a working class community with great amenities. Thank you, Yessenia for your willingness to help with our concerns and also your great customer service.

This place is one of the worst places you could consider living. Maintenance guys are good, but office workers and manager (Kimberly) is the worst! Before signing any documents do yourself a favor and sit in the office for 1 hour and listen to all the complaints that roll in. The tenants will be lied to and excuses made. When I was there a lady came down and wanted to know why her rent went up again. The manager said because you have the upgraded appliances (stainless steel)... Ridiculous! Another tenant came in and wanted to know why their friends car was towed at 11:30 PM... office staff said that's because they didn't have a guest pass. Really? Ten minutes later somebody else came and and was requesting a guest pass, and the lady working behind the counter said you can't get another gu

I lived here with my family for just over a year. We had a pretty good experience, the staff was wonderful including Kimberly Marrison and the front desk people were great. I had some issues with neighbors but who doesn’t. Commuting wasn’t really an issue from here with I-80 access less than a minute away. Also you rarely hear any road noise and neighbor noise unless they are being overly loud. Nice little park on the grounds and nice basketball court. Pool was cold!!! And hot tub was hot!!! Loved the outside cooking areas and liked all the Saturday activities for family’s!!! Keep up the good work!

Please for the love of God don’t listen to the 4.1 star average review like I did. This place is an absolute dump. The best part is the signs out front that say “there are cameras around the property and we will prosecute” YEAH RIGHT ! I had my tailgate stolen off my truck and further damages and they proceeded to tell me that there weren’t any cameras in the back of the parking lot and they couldn’t help me or the police at all ! The actual apartment itself is terrible , my dishwasher leaked onto my floors to the point the baseboards will have to be replaced , the dryers were probably 25 years old and took multiple cycles to dry clothes , not to mention they get full of lint and are a fire hazard.
