I when to see a property and it was listed as a 3b 1.25 bath. Show up it’s a 2 bed 1 bath no shower heads smelled and back room literally collapsing back door broken backyard a mess. Let them know and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

I’ve never heard of 4x the income for renting. Especially when the property is needs work. Also the girl at the front gave incorrect info on ESA saying they are not allowed.

Communication with this management company has been HORRIBLE. I lived at a duplex managed by them for 2 years and they never responded to emails and always had someone answering their phones that never knows what’s going on in regards to their rentals and residents. I finally got fed up and decided to move and sent my 30 day notice by email and post mail. They never responded to my email and had THE AUDACITY to refuse my notice via post mail (I didn’t even know you could do that). The post office actually sent it back with “refused by sender” noted on the package. I could NEVER get in touch with anyone in person because despite what the website says they close and stop answering phones at 4 and I work. They’re never open all the way until 5. If that isn’t bad enough I STILL haven’t receive

Roland Mgt has managed our rental in Spartanburg for 8 years. They care about keeping quality properties rented and have bent over backwards to work with me as a "hands-on" owner, even though I'm out of state. The staff, especially Starr, are responsive, professional and kind. Vince Roland has gone personally to the property to check on certain situations and make recommendations for me. Even if I were local, I'd use the services of Roland Mgt to streamline all the details of getting a property rented and keeping it rented.

Please beware when filling out an application. They will string you along just to deny you without telling you why. I saw the previous reviews and they appear to be true regarding being judgemental and discriminatory. They claimed they couldn’t tell me why I was denied, but they claim to have done a credit report and previous landlords. They tell you the qualifications are as long as you don’t owe previous landlords and they don’t run credit when applying so how is it now credit. If you deny someone based on credit you have to provide that info BY LAW and they say they can’t give that out or the company that ran your credit. Mean while my credit just went up more today and I got no notification of it being pulled all week. They didn’t even verify our jobs lol. I am attaching their previous
