My wife and I are very pleased with our home! From my first meeting with Roger Mumford, I knew I wanted to buy one of his homes. The whole process was very smooth, and Janet was a huge reason for this! She was very accommodating to our busy schedules. The design process was extremely easy as Janet made great suggestions and also helped us pick the right choices based on our own personal tastes. When it came time to see the house, Mike was awesome. You could tell he took such pride in his work and it shows. We've been in our home for 3 months now and we are so happy. Would recommend them to anyone!

My family and I love our home! From start to finish Roger and his team were very professional and answered our many questions patiently. Janet and design team went out of their way to suggest some great finishing options and worked around our schedule. Home was delivered right on time with zero surprises. The home buying experience was the best! Staff was easy to talk to, very responsive, helpful and extremely professional. The quality of the home is superb with solid construction and an exceptional floorplan! Chic and elegant materials. I love it! Roger Mumford homes are just absolutely stunning!

We had a contract signed and ready to go and I even went with their Mortgage lending company that they requested. After i hired an attorney got insurance quotes and inspection quotes and made a deposit to the escrow the contract was thrown out by them because they had a higher offer. Even though we agreed at the time if we made the offer they wouldn't listen to other offers being made on the home. Very shady business practice and they are over charging for their houses, buyers beware this happened to me in Little Ferry, NJ.
