Absolutely horrible. The poorest communication I’ve ever come across. I was looking for apartments, found a couple of their properties that I liked so I called to ask about more details. They NEVER pick up the phone, it goes straight to voicemail, and if you leave a voicemail, they literally never call you back. I was also never informed that the $35 application fee they have is good for any of the properties, so I wrongfully was charged $70 when I applied to two properties, just to get automatically denied. I would’ve been able to save my money if they bothered to pick up the phone BEFORE I even applied to the properties, but no. Even getting an email back takes weeks. I honestly do not know what is going on with this and other rental property management companies in Cowlitz county! I can positively state this particular one uses a very common bait and switch tactic to collect application money from potential renters by collecting several application fees then avoiding communication with no intent to rent. The unprofessional treatment I have personally received is also shared by others in this community and while it looks like they have either paid or have friends and family give them positive reviews online yet do not address the actual honest ones that are flooding their name should tell you what you need to know from this business. While I haven’t rented from Rodman, I have been cleaning their apartments and homes for a little over 2 months now. Their attention to detail and making sure a home is ACTUALLY clean upon move in for new tenants is something I sincerely appreciate. And we’ve cleaned for many other rental owners and property management companies. They are communicative, kind and understanding. They may be limited in certain things due to the building owners, but they go above and beyond from what I have seen and heard being in their properties.

I would never rent from this property management ever. I went and co-signed for an apartment. Then tried to work with them when the tenants didn’t pay rent. They took me to small claims court Then found out that their office manager straight up, lied to the judge! Wow. Distrustful. Don’t care about tenets or even integrity! Communication we won’t even go there. Rodman the name is stained in Longview.

Awful communication and or sense of urgency, you have 90 days for your application fee to move forward on a rental but they never get a hold of you or email back. I have called here more then my own job to see if my applications were approved and or if they are even working on it and when I did get threw it was oh we still are waiting for ___ and then never gets a hold of you.
