We rented from arrow real estate for almost 2 years and had a great experience! They were always on top of maintenance when it was needed and made the transition for us to move from an apartment into our new first house very easy! We are grateful for their kindness and generosity in this new chapter in our life!

My family and I rented from Arrow for more than three years in Longview, Washington. We were very happy with the property, and our experience with the realtor as a whole. The owner responded to all of our requests for maintenance promptly, and positively. We were never made to feel as if the issue with the property was our problem, or our fault. In fact, I can remember the owner himself laying under my sink on more than one occasion due to an issue with the garbage disposal. Nothing was ever left half-done or in a state of disrepair. We were always treated well by Arrow and Mr. Savelli, and given the opportunity ( We no longer live in Southwest Washington) I would gladly rent from this realtor again. We rented from Arrow Property Management. This company screwd my family as bad as they could. After 2 years of renting right after paying rent they gave me a 20 day notice to move because home owner wanted to sell. So we moved. Now I admit it wasn't real clean when I left I didn't have time to really deep clean so they got my thousand dollars for deposit. Then they sent me a bill for yard maintenance $256.54 The yard looked the same as when I moved in. They left a pay now statement at the bottom. What about when they said they were sending a landscaping company to trim the trees and remove the dead on that never showed up. The only thing this company ever cared about was getting payed. We have always been happy renting here. They have always looked out for our best interest, they are also very caring, respectful and reliable people. Arrow real estate is definitely a company you would want to turn to when you want to rent, or buy from.

Rented from this landlord a few years ago when I was in the area, still the best property management company I’ve dealt with to this day! Miss my cozy apartment all the time. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
