This is a smoke free building. And is handicap accessible! Lease terms and options are predatory. Garage policies are questionable, and unfortunately leaves much to be desired. Not consumer friendly. However there is free off-street parking available, as well as paid reserved parking. The bldg itself is decent and clean. This building does not have storage lockers, and has multiple pest issues! Units are modest in size, 11 floors, with paid laundry available on the main floor. Has exercise room, computer lab, community room, community kitchen, patio on the back, with space for gardening. There's a conference room available for meetings and etc., for a sizable fee. There are trash chutes available on each floor. Neighbors seem nice. It's a nice area, convenient, close to busline, near shops
