Rockwood Park Apartments

DONT MOVE HERE!! IN FACT, RUN... RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. The owner of property is Princeton Property and they are on the top of the list of owners with the most red flags of being the shadiest companies to their tenants. The current unit I am in I have been in since right before they bought the property and when I moved here, there was no new paint on the walls, no new carpet but the previous owners said we could paint. But before we could, the sale went through and we were told to hold off. Fast forward 13 years later, the walls are 10 times more gross, the carpet (DONT get me started) in a nasty class on its own. I asked housing if they could help with a carpet cleaning since technically after 12 you are supposed to get one or new carpet was told to see apartment manager. Manager K

I've lived here for two years and hope to be around for a while. I've never had management that have been so invested in their jobs but also genuinely care about the tenants. Maintenance is always prompt and the guys are friendly. I always catch myself sitting and chatting when I go to the office. It can be hard to live in an apartment complex but these guys and gals make it a warm and inviting place to live.

I will never visit there Rockwood apt has mold in the walls thick strong smell I couldn't ever be in there .This is a health concern.

I would like to thank our maintenance Team and Tom for their great craftsmanship. Very efficient, professional and prompt. Our new window blinds look great. Looking forward to our patio door blinds to be installed. Thank you for everything.

I'm sorry I just changed my mind of this review!. Honestly I've never lived but visited couple of my friends that lived here and they said they had problems with neighbors and among other issues. I don't judge but Management should be more responsible and take care of issues so that way tenants won't move out and have bad reviews.
