Do not rent from here. Way too much money for what you get! Read the bad reviews too! I wish I did. I thought they were a good company, but it’s turned out to be a horrible experience to say the least. My first year was ok, but then I got into a larger unit after my lease was up, and it went downhill from there. I absolutely regret signing another year lease. It took almost two months to get my security deposit (said it was lost in the mail), then I sent a demand letter which legally requires them to send a check via priority mail of the FULL deposit in THREE days (Which would require them to give back my full pet deposit-I didn’t even bring him and left the place better than I moved in so it’s the least they could do considering the headache they put me through). My husband, daughter, and I have lived at Rockwood Lodge apartments for almost 3 years now and it has been the best apartment experience we've ever had. Everyone who works here has always been extremely kind and helpful. It is a beautiful environment and neighbors are friendly.

If I could rate less stars I would, rockwood lodge has got to be the worst apparent complex I've had the displeasure of staying in. I live alone with my mother, my father passed 5 years ago and rent won't stop getting bumped up. We are at fourteen hundred a month, not including water or garbage and they expect us to pay that on basically a one income household. Not to mention if we have any problems the clubhouse take months to actually address them. We had a broken garage door opener about a year ago and it took them weeks to actually answer our calls let alone months to fix the damn opener. In fact or neighbor has a black mold problem in her home, she's called the clubhouse about it and they just brush it off as mildew. This complex was a good option 3 years ago when we needed a place to stay, but with the rent increasing dramatically each year while staunchly defending a "We don't replace appliances just because they are old" mentality, we are far from impressed. I can tell you that I know our maintenance guy Shannon by name because I've had to call him so many times, and god bless him he does his best, but since moving in we've had our garage door fixed *at least* 3 times, our stove top died twice and was only replaced when it actually caught on fire the third time, our fridge was broken when we moved into our 2nd unit and was replaced by a new"er" fridge that sounded like a helicopter taking off for about 20 hours a day.
