I was charged rent after moving out, even though I returned my keys early via the dropbox before my lease ended. Suzanne Turner claimed I didn’t return them on time, despite me showing her proof in an email. Her response was simply, “Therefore, the charge is valid and will not be removed.” This feels dishonest and like an attempt to shift blame. I would not recommend living here. On top of that, the property is poorly maintained, with trash often left around the units.

Don’t Move Here At All… Definitely Wouldn’t Recommend Staying Under Nobody. You’ll Hear Loud Stomping All Day & They Will Brush It Off Like Nothing.. If Y’all Don’t Listen To Anything Else Listen When I Say DO NOT MOVE HERE..

I would not move here! The staff is very unprofessional. They will say you owe money for rent and addbit to your balance with no proof why you owe money. They will not repair anything. During covid my apartment had a flood and they never fixed it which lead to mushrooms growing out of the walls!! They also keep the outside filthy and the trash compactor is always broken! Beware

I'm giving it a five. I only gave because the outside really looks good. Now as far as personnel goes, they don't answer phone calls. They're answering machines are filled up. You don't know any kind of information because you can't leave a message.

Management is awful, doesn’t keep in contact with you when you need something but will always reach out for something negative or meaningless. Apartments are thin and small. No privacy, I can hear my neighbors conversation when the tv is off. Over all not worth the money!
