Tyler Boening was enthusiastic and very helpful in navigating many aspects of selling and moving to my new home. There were some challenges that arose during the process and he advised me well with regard to my questions about what home improvements to make prior to inspection and which ones to hold off on which did save me money, even though the market was tough due to several comparable properties to mine listing on my block! the market then shifted into a buyers market from a sellers market. So I ended up choosing to discount the selling price. Thank goodness I didn’t complete all the improvements I had contemplated as that would’ve been more of a loss.
