Rockwell Place Senior Apartments

Well when moved my client in I ask him did like the place he said yes. Now the snow here nobody to put salt out for the seniors ice at front and back door and my client fell. Called office can never get a answer nor return calls. Am see can get the city inspector out there because yall not doing the job needed to take care of them or no one to clean weather snow whennneeded nor cameras not exit for seniors on 2nd 3rd floor if in wheelchIr they just be stuck. Can’t talk loud can’t Watch TV even if hard of hearing and he wears a hearing add just can’t do nothing seniors have to walk Half a block to smoke away from where they live. They really needs to get it together. But quick to release tenants when rent late and go up on people rent without telling them. I wouldn’t place my mother here if

UPDATE!!!!!! I TRUELY MISS JESSICA AND ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT SHE WAS RELOCATED TO ANOTHER OFFICE BLDG! TO THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY, WHY DID YOU HAVE TO GO AND MESS UP WHAT WAS NEVER A PROBLEM?!!! THE NEW MNGMT HERE NOW IS NOTHING LIKE JESSICA MANY THINGS HAVE CHANGED HERE AND NOT FOR THE GOOD AND THERE ARE PPL BACK ON THIS PROPERTY THAT HAD BEEN NO TRESPASSED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS! THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES THAT I’VE COME HOME TO FIND THE SIDE DOORS SWITCHED TO STAY PROPPED OPEN, THERE WAS A TIME WHEN I WENT TO SEE A FRIEND THERE WAS A COUCH LEFT ON THE FLOOR FOR 2-3 DAYS, ACTIVITIES ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE (MANY PPL LOOKED FORWARD TO THESE THINGS) MAIL SOMETIMES GET’S SENT TO THE APARTMENTS DOWN THE STREET AND WE HAVE TO GO SEARCHING FOR THEM, THE BLDG IS NOT AS COOL AS IT US
