Very positive, professional experience renting from RockNHomes for several years. I feel grateful to have been able to enjoy such good communication with the property managers and always felt safe and supported at the property. There can be such a wide range of rentals available at the Beaches, so it was very reassuring to connect with a quality management company with a great office team.

If you are planning to use their services to rent your home, do not use them. My parents used them and their home was destroyed by the tenants. We received letters of neighbors complaining which we raised to Rocknhomes, but they never followed through to investigate the matter. They are only interested in their money. When my parents received the keys to the apartment after the tenants left, they were completely shocked. The entire home was damaged. The contract we had with them meant nothing. Rocknhomes didn't even drop off the keys themselves, they purposely left it on the property knowing that they would not want to face us with all the damage that was caused. Save yourself the money and use a real estate that is more efficient, respectable and reliable.

This will be the first review I have ever written online which helps show how much I appreciated working with RocknHomes Real Estate. They managed renting my property in Jacksonville for 7 years and I never had any issues with having a qualified tenant in place at all times. I live 4 hours away but never had to worry about my property being taken care of and payments were always processed promptly. The truly great team effort they showed was when they listed my property for sale. They helped find and coordinate qualified contractors to make any necessary repairs needed to make the property marketable, offered great advice and sold the property within one week and for 10% OVER the listed price! We are beyond happy with RocknHomes! We have used them for well over a year and can not believe the stress that has been removed from our lives. We literally never think about our condo they are managing. We just get a payment every month. We tried to manage the condo ourselves and quickly realized we made a mistake. RocknHomes uses electronic documents for things like your tax records and even creates a monthly packet about your property. They found tenants that are very reliable and never present any issues. I could go on and on. Best decision we ever made! Highly recommended!

Rocknhomes has been a God send. Excellent customer service and professional management team. We were referred by our homeowners association after having a HORRIBLE experience with another property management company in Jacksonville. We are a military family and having Rocknhomes manage our home while we have been in other states and overseas. It has been the best decision we made.
