Hale Nani Apartments

Nice, quiet, clean neighborhood right by the beach. Karli, Amber, and Melissa all really care about this place and it shows in their responsiveness and care for the property and residents! How they are able to give such great deals on renovated apartments so close to the beach is beyond me (3 pools!) but I’m not complaining 😂 5/5 stars

I rented an apartment here January, 2026. My experience with the leasing agent Amber was excellent. She went above and beyond throughout the rental process. I just moved to Jacksonville Beach from Arizona and not familiar with the area at all, Amber wrote me a detailed e-mail with anything and everything she could think of about the area that I might find useful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in renting the apartment and I love my new place!

The staff at Hale Nani not only made my move painless, but the environment is like a community. The maintenance crew expeditiously fixes any issues that arise, the grounds are well maintained, and the front office is quick to respond and very helpful! I felt at home from the first conversation with Amber! Great place to live!

I went to Hale Nani to look at an apartment for my son and a Maintenance Technician named "Marino" went out of his way to show me where the leasing office was. I found the service staff to be excellent and the property was beautiful.
