I purchased a newly constructed home in the Reserve at South River Gardens subdivision in July 2024. The property was built by Jonesboro Home Builders, Inc. and sold through Rockhaven Realty, LLC—both operating under the Rockhaven Homes umbrella. Pre-Sale Misrepresentation During the sales process, the rear of the property was described as bordering a "nature preserve" and "designated no-build zone." After closing, I discovered the land behind my home is actually owned by a Rockhaven subsidiary (Jonesboro Home Builders, LLC) and is actually a desginated floodplain with a substantial buffer zone that encroach on my property.
