Endorsement for Carlo Gasper, Executive Loan Officer, Rocket Mortgage I rarely write reviews, but my experience working with Carlo Gasper was exceptional and truly deserves recognition. His technical knowledge throughout the loan process was superb, and he was able to favorably resolve every issue that came up along the way. Carlo is an excellent communicator—calm, clear, and consistently professional—which made what can often be a stressful process smooth and straightforward. I was genuinely impressed and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and trustworthy loan officer.

Carlo has been our guy for two different mortgages now and he's been great to work with. This is a newer process for us and he was always patient in explaining everything even when we bombarded him with questions. Rocket Mortgage is terrible. Worst customer service...or rather dis-service. The Rocket Mortgage webpage is useless, they steal monthly over payments, their AI is awful and cannot answer questions, their chat will not connect to humans who could answer, and their phone service won't answer. I've been disconnected 3 times. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes for the 4th call. So that's over an hour waiting to speak or chat with a human. But boy, this AI sure was a great investment! I did not choose Rocket Mortgage, my loan was packaged and moved. This is just awful. Rocket mortgage should spend less on advertisements and AI and more on human customer service. I would not recommend Rocket Mortgage. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as well as online forms. Chalk anot
