They have extensive experience testifying to real property valuation in court, particularly in eminent domain proceedings. (The low rating from Commercial Appraiser is the opinion of a competitor, who may have had his opinion rejected by a jury, in favor of a well-supported opinion from Mason & Mason).
The worst work I have ever seen. Buyer beware this group should be on the Attorney Generals Watch List for Appraisal Fraud. They have helped LAWA (the Los Angeles WOrld Airport) to steal LA residence property. If you suspect them of wrong doing please report them to the Los Angeles Police Department Fraud DIvision.
