I had a great experience working with Lisa, and most importantly her assistant Kristin. Kristin made the process of finding a place for my future pilates studio simple. She was very responsive, and helped me find a place quickly. As a client, I felt supported every step of the way. I’m excited to start my business and thankful for both of these ladies' help. This place is also beautiful. I recommend Rockaway properties realtors 100%!

Nichole Switzer was the worst!!!! She totally went all out with greed and waisted my time. I contacted about a unit months ago and she reached out to finally rent to me. She scheduled a viewing that she would later on cancel that was an inconvenience because the next date she wanted to give me I had to work but I made it anyway by taking a $60 cab from my job. She then rushed me to give her my case managers contact. When she contacted him she assured me as her new tenant made me sign waivers and an actual lease. After discovering she will not be making an extra 15% because I am not coming from a shelter she blatantly backed out of the lease. She took all my info birth certificate ID social security number and everything all my personal info. To later on back out leaving me with the echo o

5 thumbs down I wish it could be a zero star awful service. It’s no way they will make someone sign a lease then tell them I’m sorry I can’t rent to you any more because I found out I don’t make 15% an incentive from you because your not in the shelter sorry.
