If you are looking to rent, do not waste your time with The Rock Steady Group. My rental application experience was extremely frustrating due to a complete lack of communication. They did not answer phone calls or respond to emails at any point in the process. I had to find my own realtor just to tour the property, and they did not even respond to her outreach either. The reason given for my denial was also confusing, especially considering my credit score and the other factors they cited. I have been approved for other apartments that are significantly more expensive and far more aesthetically pleasing. the relator that helped me tour is even trying to get me to buy because again, the factors just don't make sense.
