The guys as Rock Property have been the property owners of the strip mall in which my business resides for several years. Andy, Matthew, Ted, Carla, and team are kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They are very considerate to my business needs when placing other tenets and vacant shops in our strip. They are available when unpredicted needs arise and are gracious with their assistance. Upon taking over the property, they gave the facade a beautiful face life that looks great! They hire great companies to handle the landscaping. Thanks guys!

As Six10 Nutrition, we genuinely couldn’t ask for a better landlord. They’re fantastic to work with—always quick to respond, clear, and genuinely supportive of their tenants. This past Christmas they went above and beyond with a tenant giveaway where one business would win a $2,000 rent credit… and we were lucky enough to WIN after completing the entry tasks! 🎄🎉 They were also the first landlord we’ve had (9 past commercial businesses and different landlords) to put up Christmas lights, which made the whole area feel festive and welcoming, and they keep the property impeccably maintained year-round. It’s rare to find landlords who are this proactive, engaged, and tenant-focused. We’re truly grateful to be part of a center that’s so well cared for and thoughtfully managed. Highly recommend

I was always very nervous to move out on my own, but i finally did and was able to find a home with the rock property! I have not been disappointed by them! The rock property was the best choice for my fiancé and I and we have truly enjoyed the time we have lived at our home!
