My experience with Rock Pointe Apartments was just a phone call, for now, and I was very impressed by the kindness an help that was given. These apartments are so horrible it’s ridiculous. The crime is increasing. What makes it worse is the theft and vandalism is by the children of the leaseholders. Parenting is not a high priority, so the children do whatever they want on the campus. Police has been called numerous times. The play area and gazebo is the hot spot to sell drugs, RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE OFFICE. You can’t say anything to anyone’s child, because the “parent” will be ready to shoot you. It’s horrible here. Management doesn’t care about anything on the weekends or past 5pm. You’re left to fend for yourselves.

My apartment has mold issues and has leaks in walls, ceiling. Management doesn't care. Nothing gets done and they love to make it seem like it your fault. No one tries to fix the issues.

I have been trying to go by there and trying to give them a call and they never call me back bad management

This place must be closed every day because they never answer or return phone calls no matter what the hours of operations are.
